Lavalette has over 18 years of experience in the HR and payroll industry as an executive level HR manager with strong execution in global HR projects, process design and HRIS implementations. For half of his career, Lavalette was with the Visteon Corporation which he joined from Ford Motor Company as part of Visteon-s divestiture from Ford.
During his tenures, he served as the European HR/Payroll Project Manager for the Ford HR Services Separation where he managed a five-country PeopleSoft HR, timekeeping & payroll implementation across Europe. For the past two years, Lavalette has been with The Hackett Group-s Global HR Transformation Practice.
While at The Hackett Group, Lavalette consulted to large multinational companies (including top Fortune 100 companies), designed global HR Technology strategies, implemented Performance Management solutions and streamlined HR service delivery. Immediately prior to joining SGWI, he was instrumental in helping a global US spin-off venture implement Workday® HRMS, a leader in enterprise-class, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for managing global businesses.
Lavalette-s client side perspective of working with service providers using an In-Country Partner model will be an invaluable contribution to SGWI-s managed payroll approach during its continued growth towards a path of service delivery excellence. In his new role, Lavalette is overseeing SGWI-s global implementation team.
