(“Skkynet” or “the Company”) (OTCBB: SKKY), a leader in real-time cloud information systems, is pleased to announce the Company-s Board of Directors has nominated Norman Evans, CPA, to be elected to the Board. Mr. Evans is a highly respected and experienced financial executive. He currently serves as CFO of a publicly-listed company on the TSX exchange. The election of Mr. Evans to Skkynet-s Board will be voted on at the Company-s 2013 Ordinary Shareholder Meeting, which will be convened for 10:00am on August 7th, 2013 at the Delta Meadowvale Hotel and Conference Centre, in Mississauga, Ontario. In the meantime, Mr. Evans has been appointed to Skkynet-s Advisory Board.
