The SAP® applications involved in the project included SAP Customer Relationship Management and Billing for Utilities, SAP Plant Maintenance, SAP Business Communications Management, and SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence software. All the software was implemented successfully and will help set M.U.D. on an unremitting path to excellence.
