MONTREAL, QUEBEC — (Marketwire) — 08/12/11 — Peak Positioning Technologies Inc. (TSX VENTURE: PKK) (“the Company”), is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Peak Positioning Corporation (“Peak”), has completed the integration of the functionalities of its HomeWave application into LongKey Software Technology-s (“LongKey”) business management application platform.
The addition of HomeWave-s functionalities will constitute an upgrade of LongKey-s current version 2.0 business management application currently distributed by LongKey-s telecom partners to small and medium business clients in China. The new edition, to be renamed, version 2.5, is scheduled for roll-out in September 2011 following a brief pilot period with a select group of clients.

Peak originally signed a software development agreement with LongKey-s parent company, LongKey Hong Kong Limited, back in March 2011, and spent the last three months working closely with LongKey-s staff on the adaptation of its HomeWave application for integration into LongKey-s platform.
