Mailvare Launches Free EML Attachment Extractor with Specialized Email Address Harvesting Capabilities

Mailvare is proud to announce the new release of its Free EML Attachment Extractor, which now includes a dedicated, high-performance module for fine-grained email address harvesting.

Digital communication has made it necessary for businesses and researchers to get contact lists from archived EML and EMLx files. The tool is known for its good attachment handling ability, but the dedicated focus on contact management addresses the increasing needs for efficient data mining.

Now users can toggle the “Export Type” setting to “Email Addresses” to selectively pull contact data from specific fields—including “To,” “From,” “CC,” “BCC,” and “Reply To”—into a centralized list. This capability eliminates the need for manual data entry, allowing users to organize address books or combine lead information faster and more accurately than ever before.

Rich set of features Together with its sophisticated email address harvesting capabilities, the Free EML Attachment Extractor still provides a flexible toolkit for email management:
• Flexible Source Selection: Process single files or whole directory trees in “File Mode” or “Folder Mode.”
• Targeted Attachment Extraction: Use the extensive file extension filter to extract specific formats, such as .pdf, .docx, .zip, or images, or select “ALL” to extract all at once.
• Duplicate Management: Automatically identifies and deletes duplicate files to keep your archives lean and tidy.

“We want to turn messy email archives into useful data,” said the product development team at Mailvare.
